Fat deposits which cannot be removed by diet or exercise can be effectively treated with mesotherapy injections. Non-invasive mesotherapy is a great solution for fat loss and body contouring.
For those who may find liposuction too invasive, or those who have already had liposuction and now find fat, as well as cellulite, depositing in other areas. Patients who will see the best results are those close to their ideal weight and who also combine exercise with healthy eating habits, which will also help maintain results.
The phosphatidylcholine (lecithin) enzymes and other natural ingredients are injected into parts of the body where undesirable fat deposits are located. Several treatments may be needed to achieve the desired result, as the body can only process a limited amount of fat elimination per treatment.
Some slight discomfort is normal, and the duration of the Mesotherapy treatment will vary depending on the area treated. Topical anesthetic cream, ice, or Tylenol can help with discomfort.
Some individuals may experience a rare allergic reaction to the products used, and some mild side effects are possible.
After Your Mesotherapy Treatment
Most patients have a few small bruises after each session, which typically resolve in approximately a week.

Some patients may experience a slight burning or tingling sensation at injection site immediately after, which may last approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Redness, swelling, and temporary bruising may occur at the site of injections for approximately 72 hours.
Applying Arnica cream or Vitamin K gel several times a day before and after mesotherapy injections are highly recommended to reduce the amount of bruising. Bruising may occur in patients taking aspirin, ibuprofen, high dose vitamin E, or garlic supplements, or patients who have easily bruised all their lives.
Injections can be applied to the face, thighs, hips, stomach, upper arms, bra rolls, cellulite, and around the knees. Results may be visible within 2 weeks of treatment and 80% of documented patients are very pleased with their results after 2 to 3 treatments. Some individuals may require more treatments, depending on the area(s) to be treated and the patient’s physical components.
