What to expect at my IPL laser treatment?
Immediately after a treatment, the skin may appear flushed, and brown pigmented spots may appear darker and capillaries may be more visible. Dark spots will gradually be removed by the skin’s natural processes of shedding dead skin cells, leaving a clearer and more even-toned look.
Some patients see improvement after only one treatment, while others may require more. To ensure the best results, sun exposure should be limited for several weeks before and after treatment.
